Greetings to one and all . This Website gives me an opportunity to reach out to you all.

From its inception in 1899 it has been the endeavor of St. Mary’s Convent School, Kanpur to impart value based education to the girl students in order to equip them to become an honour to womanhood. In 1609 while founding the Congregation of Jesus, Mother Mary Ward laid out the path of education of the girl child for her sisters to follow and down the centuries this has inspired all those connected with our school to strive faithfully and perseveringly to uplift the dignity of the girl children and prepare them to play a positive role in the family and society. Along with imparting value-based education, we also resolve to stand with the marginalized and weaker sections of society, to work together in caring for our earth and in educating others in the responsible use of its resources.

Along with many educational reforms, we have stepped into a dynamic portal system of E-CARE. It is an online Management of School Information. This will help to have a better interaction between school and home, students and teachers and between parents and management. It would help us to be in constant touch with each other thus helping in the positive growth and development of the students. I look forward to your wholehearted cooperation in building up strong alliances with all our collaborators: parents, teachers, office staff, the Management and the entire CJ Family.
